Anna Bemis Palmer Archives and Classroom
520 N. Grant - York, NE 68467
The mission of the Anna Bemis Palmer Museum is to collect, preserve, and interpret the history of York and York County, sharing our heritage through storytelling and interactive experiences in a way that honors the past, engages the present, and inspires the future.
The Anna Bemis Palmer Museum is currently in transition. The Anna Bemis Palmer Museum Advisory Board is in charge of helping the city determine a new future for the museum. Currently, the collection sits in the Anna Bemis Palmer Archive and Classroom at 520 N. Grant as efforts are underway to digitize the museum records and develop a display plan for the classroom portion of the building. The Anna Bemis Palmer Museum Advisory Board currently meets every other month.
