York Dog Park - 2100 N Lincoln Ave, York, NE


York's newest park is a fenced in area of over 2 acres for off-leash dogs.

YORK DOG PARK RULES & REGULATIONS
Users of the dog park do so at their own risk.
The City of York 
and it's agents and employees are not responsible for injuries to any persons or animals, or for damages to any property.
  • No alcohol, tobacco or glass containers allowed in dog park.
  • The dog park is open during daylight hours.
  • All dogs must have a current license and rabies vaccination and be free of disease before entering the dog park.
  • Aggressive dogs are not permitted in dog park.
  • All dog owners are responsible for their own dog at all times.
  • Dogs must not be left unattended or out of sight.
  • Supervise your dog as they move around the park.
  • Dog owners or handlers are liable for any damage to property, persons, or other animals caused by their dog(s)
  • Each dog owner or handler shall not have more than two dogs in the dog park at a time.
  • Dog owners or handlers must pick up and dispose of dog waste in the container provided.
  • Digging is not permitted. Dog owners must try to fill in any holes their dogs may dig in the park.
  • Dogs in heat are not allowed in the dog park.
Children under 10 years of age are not permitted in the park unless they are under adult supervision or very young and attached to parents in a snuggly or front/back pack. No running or chasing by older children.
