Dear Community Center Member, Wow, what an awesome 2022 season! Since the Community Center reopened March 31st , we have been busier than ever and cannot thank you enough for your support and membership! So much has happened since the renovation. Fun City and the new outdoor playground have been great additions to the Community Center. The swimming pool and spa continue to be a favorite along with the basketball court and weight room! If you had a membership prior to the renovation, your membership was automatically extended through December 31, 2022. This letter is a reminder to renew your membership to the Community Center. New this year, you can include the 2023 Family Aquatic Center season by purchasing a joint membership. The membership sale will be from January 2-22 with 20% off all memberships, excluding daily admission and coupon books. For members who purchased an annual membership during the reopening sale from March 31-April 30, 2022, we will be offering a membership sale for you too from March 31-April 30, 2023. This sale will only include a prorated 9-month membership or joint membership to get back to our January or September sale schedule. A bonus of the Community Center Family Membership is the new child supervision of Fun City, MondayFriday 5-8pm during regular hours and 5-6pm during summer hours! This will allow parents the freedom to enjoy the Community Center’s amenities while Youth Program Supervisors watch their children in Fun City (parents must remain in the Community Center and the child must be potty trained). Fun City Watch is first come, first serve with a maximum of 10 children at once. There will be a onehour time allotment per child participating in Fun City Watch. If you wish to send your children to Fun City Watch so you can work out, inform the Front Desk Supervisor and they will give you a Watch Pass.
Additional Parks and Recreation news for 2023… The Community Center will be getting new windows on the west side of the building and Fun City will be getting a new indoor play structure.
